How to make garlic tea at home is very easy.  Garlic tea became a hot topic around here last year especially because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Lockdown that followed.

Because of the nunerous benefits of garlic,  a lot more parents began to research ways to make the whole family eat more garlic.  We started to cook a lot more with garlic.

Last year was actually when my garlic use skyrocketed.  I shopped garlic everytime I went shopping whether at the supermarket or the farmers market.

In my kitchen we had bags of garlic in the fridge and some in the vegetable trolley and never lacked this superfood.

I had never tasted garlic tea before this time.  Never even knew that garlic tea existed.  Lol

During the Covid-19 pandemic and the Lockdown,  while looking for ways to add more garlic to cooking,  I discovered garlic tea and the numerous benefits of garlic tea.  I was so happy and had to learn how to make garlic tea with lemon and how to make garlic tea with just hot water and garlic.

Surprisingly,  even my kids enjoyed the garlic tea.  It was refreshing,  tastes great and added numerous health benefits to the system.
